I am working on building a package that includes functionality to develop and run electron apps from the Atom environment. The initial electron app generation could be more or less similar to the Package Generator structure. On reading the docs of atom-space-pen-views https://github.com/atom/atom-space-pen-views I came to know that the package has been deprecated. Should I continue using this for the View or is there an easier way to get the same done? TIA
Feel free to use it. It isn’t going away for a long time. A number of core packages still use it along with the majority of community packages.
Don’t feel obligated to use it either though – you’re free to use pretty much any view library you want (although it’s a little iffy with React IIRC, since there can only ever be one instance of React).
