Unsinged binary prevents admins from being able to whitelist atom

#1

Sys admin here. We use application whitelisting in our environment. Specifically, we use AppLocker. Our rules are very simple. One of them whitelists apps signed by:

O=GITHUB, INC., L=SAN FRANCISCO, S=CALIFORNIA, C=US

This at-least allows our users to install Atom. However, because Atom uses an unsigned binary:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\atom\app-1.28.0\squirrel.exe

Atom fails to launch. Policies only allow us to whitelist signed binaries. It reduces the security of the system if we whitelist by path or file name. Can you get this binary signed?

The best place to bring this up is at the Squirrel repo.
