Tweaking the HTML colour scheme

My roommate commented on how appealing your HTML colour scheme is. I am considering redoing my other colourising tools to match. However, there are two minor problems with it.

  1. Comments are too subdued and hard to read. In my case, most “comments” are actually macros – the most important text in the file.

  2. the right hand scroll thumbtab needs more contrast. It is very hard to see. I find it almost unusable.

I dug around in the help looking for where to make these changes myself, but came up blank.
