I installed the atom on a new PC, and immediately he began to zamylivat text, if I move the mouse cursor. With old versions of ATOM this has never happened. On the same version of ATOM on arch Linux such problems also do not exist. How to fix?
You may need to figure out how to translate “zamylivat”. Alternatively, if you can post an animated gif of your screen, we might be able to clearly identify what is happening. I use ShareX for that.
I’m using google translate, and i mean “text is blurring”, i have video reacord this bug in .flv format https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-isRgnV5RDl0lP-qfbIJtMEzxhGSuMZD
All text in atom is blurring when mouse pointer go on another window. Can I turn off this blurring?
I see the menubar changing, but I don’t know what would cause that. I have never had a menubar randomly blur out on me like that (and when I do open another window, the menu bar stays clear).
That’s exactly why I asked the question. I also never faced such a problem. That’s why I want to know what to do with this? Make a bug report for developers, or you can somehow completely remove the ATOM and all its config files and try to reinstall it as a new one.
And if you locking on a phono in topic, you seen blurring all text area, side bar and menu bar. But on a record i could not reproduce same bug, on picture best shot.
They can’t do anything about it unless they know what’s causing it.

That would be worth trying. If you look in your user folder, Atom is installed under
AppData/Local/atom/ and its config files are under
