SSH key settings on Windows 10

#1

I am using Atom 1.25.1 on Windows 10 and my SSH settings got messed up. The GitHub package can no longer authenticate using SSH in Atom [Permission denied (publickey)]. SSH authentication works in both my Git Hub GUI and command line clients, only Atom is having the problem. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling Atom but the error remains. I can’t find how Atom chooses the SSH key or any other SSH related setting to clear like SSH key passwords or known hosts lists. How do I either clear all this information back to factory defaults or configure the settings so SSH authentication works again?
