[Solved] How to keep two text columns at the same line?

Here’s an example of what I’m talking about. It’s a bit blurry, but you can see that the text editor in the gif keeps the two columns of text at the same line.

Does Atom have a feature, or is there a package, that does that does the same thing?

Can you be a bit more specific about what text you’re working with, and under what conditions you want to show them side-by-side?

Sure, the text isn’t anything special. I’m editing the text strings from a GameMaker game (Undertale) to make a mod.

As for the conditions, I’m just going to display the original text beside the text I’m editing (two column view). I’d like to be able to keep those two columns of text displaying the same lines, even when scrolling, just as the text editor in the gif does.

Edit: I’m not doing anything really complicated. If I didn’t answer your questions, let me know. I’m an amateur to coding , so I might not know exactly what you’re referring to.

Gasp, this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
