So very, very close

I only have one single item keeping me from switching from Sublime Text to Atom. And it’s even mostly implemented already in 1.4.x. It’s the saving of unnamed editing buffers.

Like many people I use Sublime Text tabs like a scratchpad. Those scratchpad buffers might last weeks or just a few hours. The latest version of Atom saves tab contents… but only when there’s a project open.

Any idea on when (or if) this functionality will make it to tabs opened outside of a project?
