Remove published package

Hi,

I had published a package.
I removed/renamed the GitHub repository.
The published Atom package still refers to the no longer existing repository.

How can I remove the atom package so that I can publish it again pointing to the new github repository?

Thanks

@idleberg and all,

“Creating new version failed: Git tag not found” this is exactly what I get too.
Everything I try ends with this message.

Help appreciated,

Does the git tag exist?

if the git tag is the .git directory, then it exists.
