Question about separates instances of the same electron app

Hi - I recently fired up two instances of my electron app (an mmorpg game) and I noticed that the window.webContents.send from one ipcMain was being observed by both ipcRenderers (because they both subbed to the same channel). I had to implement a unique identifier mechanism to work around this, but I’d rather find a more explicit way to natively separate these “domains” if possible, so I’m not wasting processing when 5 windows are open and thousands of messages are being broadcasted thru webContents channels.
