Project Folders in Treeview dissapears randomly

After a while of working with atom.io the Projekt Folders in the Treeview dissapears.
The Treeview is still there, but empty. So it’s not the “toggle tree view”.
It seem totally random when the project folders dissapear.

Normally, I can start the PC go to atom.io and all the Folders are loaded from the last projects.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Could you post a screenshot? What happens if you try to add a project folder once they have disappeared? What does .atom/storage/application.json say when you have Atom open and the project folders have disappeared?

The .atom folder is in your user directory.
