Package can not be installed

The directory that is trying to be created there (C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp;C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools;\d-117731-5920-r0xidh.awzwut0529) looks like it is some sort of PATH variable. I would assume that you’ve done something to one of your system environment variables or have set an ATOM_HOME environment variable that is causing this problem.
