Open file/folder in current window

When I open a file or folder by menu “File”->“Open file” or “File”->“Open folder”, the Atom always open this file/folder in new window.

I think, if I have no content in current(just empty file named “untitled”, and haven’t save), the Atom should open new file/folder in current window.

I think that this is a problem: it really annoys me.

I’d rather atom overwrites my current open folder in the tree view, but leaves my open files untouched, and doesn’t open a new window every time. I think I’ve closed more atom windows than I have any other in my life.
