NPM Start error message

Everything has run great with the install until I get to npm start. I get this error message, but the json.package file is present:

Got that backwards, package.json

Are you asking about Atom, the text editor, or Electron, the application framework? What is it you’re trying to npm start?

Thanks I figured it out. I was referring to Atom. I’m taking a course and had difficulty getting the local host to launch. I think I’m good now. Thank you for responding.
