Markdown syntax highlight bug

#1

When editing a markdown file, in a fenced code block ```sh, when I enter sudo dd if=image.img of=/dev/mydevice and terminate the code block using ```, the syntax highlight on all following text is messed up because it assumes if is a shell command.

Example code:

sudo dd bs=1M if=image.img of=/dev/mydevice

Who do I talk to to address this issue?

You can report it on the language-shellscript package

It appears someone already filled an issue for if statements, maybe you could check whether this is the same issue or not:

I see! Thank you very much. I really should have searched more for plugin related issues.
