Keyboard shortcut to run with profile directly?

I’ve just switched from IDLE to Atom 1.55.0 for Python IDE on my Mac running OS Big Sur (11.2.3) and have a basic question about keybindings and profiles, which are new to me.

I added a profile to ensure my python scripts ran with python 3.9 (and not my system’s python 2.7).

In keymap.cson, I inserted

‘shift-cmd-k’: ‘script:run-with-profile’

so that the stated keyboard shortcut would run the script. (Perhaps this was not the approach I should take?)

The shortcut results in this image:

I click on the run button and my python script runs fine.

My question is whether I can configure the shortcut so that I don’t need to see the intermediary window and click run each time.
