Is there a way to map keys to other keys?

#1

So, instead of mapping keys to commands, as in

'atom-text-editor.vim-mode-plus.insert-mode':
  'cmd-w': 'editor:delete-to-beginning-of-word'

can we map keys to other keys, something like

'atom-text-editor.vim-mode-plus.insert-mode':
  'cmd-w': 'alt-j'

I’m just wondering, that way I don’t have to remap a bunch of keys, I can just make a single mapping and therefore swap my modifier keys?

No, there currently is not a way to alias keys like this.
