How to supress menu activation on Alt-Space on Linux?

#1

When using electron-based applications (e.g. Franz or those generated with nativefier) on Linux, pressing Alt-Space causes application menu to toggle.
Is there a way to disable that behaviour?

I’m experiencing troubles as on my system Alt-Space means keyboard layout switch and essentially when I’m typing and want to switch layouts, I have to press Alt-Space and then also Esc to return focus to where it was instead of an application menu.

Any hints are very appreciated. Thanks in advance!

P.S.: I’m using the latest KDE as a desktop environment if that matters.

Not as a user, normally. You may have to edit code to change the shortcut.
