How to style specific characters / group of characters in style.less

#1

Sorry, new to Atom; I am trying to figure out how I would be able to style an individual character such as “$” or group of characters in the stylesheet (style.less) so that it would show up styled in all file types in the text editor (for instance if I wanted it the font color to be red)?

CSS can’t do that. You would have to use code in init.coffee instead. It wouldn’t be trivial.

A package could do it also but I’ve never heard of such a package.
