How to collectively replace and delete predefined symbols in html document?

#1

Hi there.

I am not exactly a coder. Our small online media write texts in Google Docs. I’m actually a designer, but my work is also transform our texts into pure html to publish online. As a new one in programming stuff, I choose the way to copy texts from Google Docs into one of the free html editor to convert it into html and use Atom to edit it.

For example, Google Doc “text — text «text»” after copying into free wysisyg-editor look like:

<h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">text&nbsp;&mdash; text &laquo;text&raquo;</span></h2>

So next five minutes with “Find and replace” I make it a little more human understanding:

<h3>text — text «text»</h3>

I tried to make a package that find and replace a lot of symbols in one click but failed. Is there a simple way to remove all the <span style="font-weight: 400;"> and replace "&mdash;" with "—" from an HTML file with one button? What I need to write in package editor?

Thank you very much.
