How to bind the menu key

#1

Arch Linux + Gnome

I’ve tried to map the context menu key to a different action but it seems not to work.

'.platform-linux atom-workspace, .platform-win32 atom-workspace':
  'menu': 'platformio-ide-terminal:toggle'

I’ve also tried:

'.platform-linux atom-workspace, .platform-win32 atom-workspace':
  'context-menu': 'platformio-ide-terminal:toggle'

Can you try using the Keybinding Resolver (Cmd+. on OS X and Ctrl+. on other platforms)? It will show you what key Atom saw you press and the command that was triggered because of it. The menu key should have some name assigned to it in the Resolver panel.

(It is also mentioned in the Debugging section of the Atom Flight Manual.)

Just tried on Windows 10 and it’s called contextmenu for me. Binding that to a command works as expected. However, the context menu still appears.

@Wliu contextmenu worked. And the context menu does not appear for me. Thanks!
