Getting legacy Flash video player working with Pepper

I’ve got Pepper and webview working when pointing at Adobe’s flash/about page, but don’t understand how to use my pre-existing player.

I have a legacy Flash player that I need to still use (over HTML5) because of the controls it has.

This was the old way of calling it, and I gotta confess, I don’t understand a lot of the what/why here:

<div class="uf-media-content">
    <object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"
            width="704" height="456">
        <param name="movie" value="../../../theme/flash/VideoPlayer_16x9.3355498677.swf"/>
        <param name="quality" value="high"/>
        <param name="wmode" value="transparent"/>
        <param name="FlashVars" value="media=../../../content/titles/belonging-to-community/02/08/video/01/video.3948100615.mp4"/>
        <embed src="../../../theme/flash/VideoPlayer_16x9.3355498677.swf" quality="high"
               pluginspage="" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"
               width="704" height="456" wmode="transparent"

How do I do this with webview and Pepper?

Thanks for the help.

To answer myself…

The webview tag does not enclose anything. So the answer to the above is to put all the div/obj/embed junk into a file, say flashplayer.html, then the webview tag looks like:

<webview src="flashplayer.html" plugins>

That’s it.
