Getting Atom to reognize Python 2.9.2 install, environmental variable?

Lenovo desktop:
Intel(R), Pentium(R), CPU 2030 3 GHz
4 GB
64 bit operating system, x64 based processor
Lenovo Windows 8.1

Atom packages installed 3/27/2021:
Atom installed 3/27/2021 don’t see a version number
Atom-Python-Run
Hydrogen
Script

I changed F5 and F6 keys in atom_python_run to python and python3 respectively

Python2.9.2 installed on PC on Path C:\Users\Nancy\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python2.9.2

Problem:
Can’t start Python Hello World code within Atom with ctr_B command
Error: You must select language in bottom right corner
Suspect environmental variable problel:
I followed youTube instructions to add
C:\Users\Nancy\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python2.9.2 as new path
But unfortunately replaced the path: C:\Users\Nancy\AppData\Local\atom\bin
