Fullscreen setting not remembered if there are no project folders open

#1

I run Atom in full-screen mode, but if I don’t have an project folders open when I close the app, it will open in windowed rather than full-screen mode. If I have one or more project folders open when I close, it’ll start in full-screen mode as expected.

OS: Windows 7 Pro SP1
Atom version: 1.5.4, although it’s always done this for as long as I can remember.

Atom serializes its state based on the “project” that is open. The project is defined by the set of opened root folders. No folders → no project → no state serialized. You may want to open an Issue about this on https://github.com/atom/atom.
