Fine-grained scopes for C++ (or any language really)


Continuing the discussion from Angular JS scope variables, syntax coloring?:

I thinks this also applies to C++. There are no scopes for the members accessed with the “arrow” (->) operator. Nor is there a scope for the “scope resolution” (::slight_smile: operator. Also, types are not recognized unless placed after a particular keyword (namespace, class, or struct).
