Find and replace based on selected files in directory

#1

Hi,

I noticed there is an issue and question.

But that is not what I am looking for.

When you want to search for a keyword on the entire directory we use Ctrl + Shift + F .

Now say once you find all these, we only need to replace on certain files only or certain portion of the file, is there a way to do the same ?

Basically if you are using netbeans, it lists all the occurance, and now you have a checkbox just beside that where you can untick so the replace all will only change for the ones ticked.

Thank you.

This isn’t possible as far as I know, it looks like there’s a feature request here if you want to subscribe:

https://github.com/atom/find-and-replace/issues/850

Didn’t come across any community packages in a quick search: https://atom.io/packages/search?q=selective+find+replace.
