I want to distribute my application. It says on the website to change the name of the directory where the application resides to app and put it under the Electron.app/Contents/Resources/ directory in Mac. But I cannot find that directory. I’d appreciate it if someone could help me find the directory.
It’s inside the downloaded Electron.app. To find it right click the application icon and choose show package contents. electron-packager makes the packaging process much more convenient.
Yeah, the electron-packager is the way to go.
Can you refer me to a good reference that shows me how I can make a .exe file for windows using Electron-Packager?
cd /src/app-name electron-packager ./ AppName --platform=win32 --arch=x64 --version=0.33.6`
What you do with output of that is beyond my understanding of Windows.
