CSS file corruption

#1

Hey guys, anyone had a problem with Atom corrupting css files when opening? I’ve got one css file which appears to be corrupted, all other css files are fine. However, the file can’t be corrupted outside of Atom because any browser reads it fine. Have a look at the attached screen shot to see what I mean.

Other than the syntax highlighting being off, I don’t see anything “corrupted” about it? Have you double-checked the character encoding?

Yes, if I changed anything in Atom then saved it, it corrupted the file and no longer worked in a browser.

Anyway, I opened it in a standard text editor and copy/paste everything into a new file in Atom and it seems to fine. Must have been some bad hidden characters or as you say, encoding.
