Copying Atom Line Numbers to OpenOffice

#1

Hi there,
I’m using Atom a lot for coding & loving it. There’s just one major issue that’s irking me.

I’m making some educational worksheets. I work on code in Atom and I want to copy the code from Atom to a rich format text editor (OpenOffice). When I select a block of code in Atom and paste it into OpenOffice the line numbers come with it!

This seems like extremely strange copy/paste behavior for a code editor. I just want to copy the code and not the line numbers. Or maybe I’m just doing something wrong?

Solved! It was a problem with OpenOffice automatically adding list numbers & not the line numbers from Atom. I feel stupid, apologies!
