Control-y should paste the control-k buffer

in many unixy contexts, and also in all native os x text fields, control-k will cut lines and put them into a special buffer, ad then control-y will paste all the lines which have been cut since the last cursor move.

atom supports control-k, it would be nice if it also supported control-y

Editor:cut-to-end-of-line and kill-ring

Also, in other contexts Ctrl-k puts the removed text into the kill buffer, which is distinct from the system pasteboard. The current implementation overwrites the pasteboard, which was surprising to say the least.
