Call from Cygwin

Hi, everyone.
I tried to call atom(the windows version) in the shell of cygwin.
However, the following error pops up.

$ atom

throw err;
Error: Cannot find module 'C:\cygdrive\c\Users\chenzou\AppData\Local\atom\app-1.4.1\resources\cli\atom.js’
at Function.Module._resolveFilename (module.js:338:15)
at Function.Module._load (module.js:280:25)
at Function.Module.runMain (module.js:497:10)
at startup (node.js:119:16)
at node.js:935:3

I have checked that the ‘atom.js’ does exist in the mentioned path. Since I am running cygwin, I think the problem may be with the format of the path. ‘/cygdrive/c/Users/chenzou/AppData/Local/atom/app-1.4.1/resources/cli/atom.js’ may be better.
Could anyone provide any tips on how to solve it? Thanks a lot.
