Atom-Shell app published to Apple App Store

#1

I’ve seen scant reference to this, other than a thread on issue #249 (on the atom-shell repo) from May 2014, asking about whether Atom-Shell apps could be published to the Apple App Store. Fromm the conversation it didn’t sound promising.

But that was a while ago - is publishing apps to the Apple App store built in Atom-Shell going to be feasible (now, or ever)?

Thanks

Considering they won’t allow any separate html rendering engine I think you are out of luck.

I could be wrong, but I think that’s an iOS rule. I think on OS X it’s OK. I’m pretty sure that their are NW.js apps in the Mac store, and at a high level that’s pretty much the same as Atom Shell.

My bad. I was thinking about IOS. Sorry.
