Also, anyone know why the heck Atom did this do me like this, I can’t even undo it. This is a huge bug (if it is) if it erased a file like that.

Also, I am using safe-mode, meaning that packages, except core ones are disabled by default, meaning that Atom itself is at fault here. I had safe-mode on because the normal start-up of Atom wasn’t working because of package conflicts.
