Atom doesn't automatically appear on Windows Start Menu

I started learning JavaScript today 11-November 2020 from Udemy. I was asked to install Atom as the recommended Code Editor, and I did.

But when I’m trying to start Atom on Windows, it doesn’t appear among the list of installed programs. I use the Windows or Cortana Search, and it doesn’t see Atom as a program installed on the system.

Why is it so? And how can I fix this problem?

Now, I’d like a Desktop shortcut, or to have it searchable within my system. How can I make this happen?
