Atom connect Css to Html

Hello guys, i started using atom for a project few days ago but i am stuck, it seems that my Css file does not affect my css file at all. I do not know what is going wrong with my line of code.

When pasting code, remember to highlight it and press the </> button above the editor so that we can see precisely what you write without the forum eating it. However, from experience I can say that screenshots are even more useful, since this issue always manifests because a novice HTML developer is overlooking something, and that something can manifest in how the code is written or how the files are located relative to one another. So if you share with me a screenshot of your Atom screen with the HTML file open and the tree view showing main.css, I can tell you what needs to happen for the browser to find the CSS.

I was actually able to make it work. I had my main.css in the wrong file. Thanks for the pointers.
