Atom autocomplete(-php?) adds to variable name instead of replace

Recently I found that when I choose variable or function name from autocomplete suggestions list or just hit enter if I’m ok with first suggestion Atom adds suggested value to the end of string which leads to duplication of part, which I’ve already typed in. This happens only in php as far as I know (I’m using atom when writing in php, shell and javascript) and only to custom variable/functions names, default php functions work ok. For instance:
I want to type in variable $price_name. (Given that I already have this variable defined/referenced in my project.)
I type $pri than hit enter and I get $priprice_name.
Does any one have the same problem? Is it a package issue?
