Add sublime-like @ and : shortcuts to cmd+T

#1

In sublime you can suffix any query in the cmd+T file dialog with : or @. Their really handy shortcuts to have and would be awesome to see in Atom!

: opens the file at a specific line number.

ex) app.coffee:57

@ changes the mode of the dialog to show all the methods/functions/markdown headers in the file and then opens to a specific method/function/markdown header.

ex) products_controller.rb@index

Partial file names also work with this which is probably my favourite aspect of this feature, so for example ap:57 might be enough to open app.coffee line 57 (assuming it was at the top of the list for that ap query).

Partial file names (referred to as fuzzy matching) already work in ⌘T in Atom. But yes, the other operators would be cool too.
